Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be met in full before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

Anti-Money Laundering and Source of Funds

Welcome Bonus

Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Rules

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the bdt98 platform.

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any game on bdt98.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where bdt98 determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, bdt98 reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

• Suspend or permanently close the player's account.
• Void any bets or game results connected to the prohibited conduct.
• Forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity.
• Withhold pending withdrawals pending full investigation.
• Report the matter and relevant account information to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the bdt98 platform — including but not limited to the bdt98 name, logo, brand identity, website design, user interface, game graphics, text content, promotional materials, and software — are the exclusive property of bdt98 or its licensed content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

bdt98 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, or redistribute any content from the bdt98 platform without express written permission.
• Use any bdt98 branding, trademarks, or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any bdt98 content or software.

Third-Party Content and Game Providers

Planned maintenance, emergency repairs, and force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. bdt98 accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime.

Accuracy of Information

bdt98 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information displayed on the platform — including odds, game results, account balances, and promotional terms — is accurate and up to date. In the event of a manifest error in any displayed odds, game result, or balance figure, bdt98 reserves the right to correct the error and void any transactions affected by it, regardless of whether those transactions have been settled. Third-Party Services

Severability

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the bdt98 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt98 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
